  • Two Stage Design
    • Pressure reduction is done in two stages to ensure constant outlet pressure irrespective of changes in inlet pressure within range
  • Safety features such as:
    • OPSO
      • Over Pressure Shut Off – Regulator gets shut off in case of excess downstream pressure i.e. value exceeding desired one, to ensure safety at consumer end
    • UPSO
      • Under Pressure Shut Off – Regulator gets shut off in case of lack of downstream pressure i.e. value lower than desired one, to ensure safety at consumer end
    • CRV
      • Creep Relief Valve – Regulator relives excess pressure, in case of momentary surge of downstream pressure, to ensure constant outlet pressure and un-interrupted gas supply
    • Excess Flow Shut Off
      • Regulator gets shut off, in case of higher flow than designed one to ensure safety at consumer end
    • Built In Filter
      • To prevent any impurities going in to regulator and affecting performance of the same
